Under the initiative PPA Progress, we have established an active EDI steering group, with the long-term aim of moving the dial on diversity, equity and inclusion both for the industry as a whole and to help our members make changes within their own businesses. The group meets quarterly to discuss challenges they are facing, share their own policies and approaches, and help inform the PPA on where to focus future member-wide workshops.
